Krissy cracks open a beer and dives headfirst into two cults that apparently looked at Earth and said, “Yeah… we’re gonna need a spaceship.”
First up, Love Has Won, where Amy Carlson becomes “Mother God,” Robin Williams somehow gets recruited into the Galactic group chat, colloidal silver becomes a terrible idea, Hawaii gets very understandably pissed off, and things eventually end with a mummified body wrapped in Christmas lights. Cool cool cool.
Then we head straight into Heaven’s Gate, where Marshall Applewhite and Bonnie Nettles build an alien theology out of Christianity, UFOs, weird little rules, literal “Away Team” language, a comet, matching Nikes, and more than twenty years of slowly convincing people that maybe Earth was just the waiting room.
This episode was absolutely not the one we planned to record, which honestly makes it better. It’s late, the beer is strong, the research is fresh, and Krissy is basically yelling “CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS SHIT?” into a microphone while trying to keep everyone from joining a cosmic death cult.
Everybody get back in the car.

Krissy cracks open a beer and dives headfirst into the absolutely unhinged world of sleep paralysis and nightmares, because apparently peacefully sleeping through the night was just asking too fucking much.
We’re talking about what happens when your brain wakes up but your body doesn’t, the horrifying shit people swear they see standing in their bedrooms, shadow people, things sitting on your chest, voices, touching, full-blown nightmare fuel, and the very scientific explanation for why your own brain might be responsible for all of it.
Except… then we get to the part where people across completely different cultures have been describing eerily similar nighttime visitors for centuries.
Cool cool cool.
So naturally, we have questions.
Why does sleep paralysis feel SO real? Why do so many people see a figure in the room? Why are there entire legends built around creatures that attack people in their sleep? And at what point are we allowed to stop blaming REM sleep and ask why humanity apparently has a shared fucking sleep demon?
From the science of nightmares to the Pisadeira, shadow figures, creepy folklore, and the deeply disrespectful things our brains do when we’re just trying to get eight hours, this episode is one giant WHAT THE FUCK IS HAPPENING WHILE WE SLEEP?!
Sleep tight, ghosties. 👻

Krissy cracks open ELECTROLYTES! because apparently pneumonia, lost recordings, corrupted files, disappearing edits, and the Idaho 4 case itself have all decided this episode needed to be personally cursed. 🫠👻
This week, we’re diving back into the murders of Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle, and Ethan Chapin and the case against Bryan Kohberger. Yes, he pleaded guilty. Yes, there is serious evidence against him. And no, that does not magically make every unanswered question disappear.
We’re digging into the 13-minute timeline, the clean Elantra, the knife sheath DNA, unidentified male DNA, the surviving roommates and the seven-hour gap, Sy Ray’s completely changed opinion, Bryan’s phone activity, the missing weapon and clothing, the strange environment around Moscow and Pullman before the murders, and the evidence we never got to watch experts fight over at trial.
And because the internet has been internet-ing, we also chased down the rumors about Xana and drugs, Kaylee or Maddie allegedly flushing drugs, Ethan supposedly exposing Sigma Chi, and the mysterious contents of Kaylee’s laptop. Spoiler: we found some real facts underneath those stories... and a whole lot of imaginary arrows connecting them.
This is not a “Bryan is innocent” episode.
This is a “if the case is closed, why the fuck are there still this many things nobody has clearly explained?” episode.
Grab a drink, an electrolyte packet, and approximately seventeen open browser tabs.
We’ve got a very gross onion to peel. 🍺👻

Krissy cracks open a beer and immediately makes ancient Sumer everybody’s problem. 👽🍺
We’re diving into the Anunnaki, ancient aliens, Nibiru, Planet Nine, genetic engineering, Genesis, the Nephilim, Bob Lazar, Element 115, and somehow an alleged archaeological spacecraft gets dragged into this whole mess.
Basically: ancient gods create humans because their first workforce said FUCK THIS JOB, Zecharia Sitchin puts the entire story in space, the Bible starts dropping suspicious little breadcrumbs, and Bob Lazar shows up at the end to ruin Krissy’s remaining peace.
Did aliens create us? No fucking clue.
Do we have questions?
SO. MANY. QUESTIONS.
Grab a drink, ghosties. We’re going down the rabbit hole. 👽🍺

Krissy cracks open a beer and starts peeling apart Fox Hollow Farm, suspected serial killer Herb Baumeister, and every damp, hateful little layer that has crawled out of this case over the last year.
Because the story most people know is simple: men disappeared, thousands of bone fragments were found, Herb fled, and then he died.
Except this gross little onion has LAYERS.
We’re getting into the mannequin-filled indoor pool, missing videotapes, a stripped car, overlooked names inside old investigative files, new DNA identifications, and an alleged box of case-related material someone reportedly tried to sell.
And then there’s Mark Goodyear.
The witness whose story helped lead police to Herb now says Herb never attacked him, reveals a much deeper relationship, wanders barefoot through Fox Hollow talking about how comfortable it feels, and answers basic questions like he’s auditioning to be the cryptic stranger in a horror movie.
Mark. Put your shoes back on and use a noun.
This case is active, unfinished, and far stranger than the clean ending we were handed thirty years ago. Grab a drink, ghosties. We are going all the way down into the basement beneath the basement.

Krissy cracks open a beer and dives headfirst into Project MKUltra, the CIA mind control program that sounds like conspiracy internet nonsense until you realize the government wrote half this nightmare down themselves.
This week on Brews With Boos, we are getting feral with the real documented history behind MKUltra, from the CIA’s Cold War panic and Projects BLUEBIRD and ARTICHOKE, to Sidney Gottlieb, LSD experiments, fake charities, burned files, Operation Midnight Climax, Frank Olson, Lexington, Donald Ewen Cameron, and the seven boxes of financial records that accidentally kept this whole thing from disappearing into the classified void.
And because we are chaotic little weirdos with drinks and questions, yes, we are also going downstairs into the conspiracy basement: Jolly West, Jack Ruby, Charles Manson, Sirhan Sirhan, Ted Kaczynski, Project MONARCH, Operation Paperclip, MKSEARCH, and the 2026 congressional hearing that dragged this whole federal nightmare back into the light.
This is not a “the internet made it up” episode. This is a “the CIA wrote the premise first and then acted shocked when everyone got weird about it” episode.
Grab your drink, check the locked filing cabinet, and remember: if the government says the box is empty, we are absolutely opening the box.

Krissy cracks open a beer and dives headfirst into the chaotic, broke, barefoot, wildly underprepared true story of the American Revolution.
In honor of America’s 250th birthday, we’re talking about how this entire country was basically founded by an exhausted group chat with no budget, no shoes, fake money, and absolutely no fucking plan. Congress kept packing up democracy and running away from the British, George Washington spent eight years submitting expense reports, Hamilton could not stop creating drama, and France showed up with boats, weapons, money, and a deeply personal hatred of England.
But first, the Fuckery Report takes us through the bizarre history of fireworks, from ancient Chinese alchemists accidentally inventing gunpowder while searching for immortality to European royalty setting their own fireworks pavilion on fire. Eventually, humanity handed explosives to your neighbor Gary in cargo shorts, and here we are.
Then the Long Pour tackles the full American Revolution, including the Boston Tea Party, Valley Forge, Benjamin Franklin charming France in a fur hat, Lafayette becoming a major general at nineteen, Cornwallis calling in sick to his own surrender, and the Constitution misspelling Pennsylvania.
It is patriotic chaos, founding father drama, French revenge financing, historical contradictions, and one giant question:
How the fuck did these people actually pull this off?
Grab a drink, hydrate responsibly, and join us for America’s messy, complicated, completely unhinged origin story.

Krissy cracks open a beer and this week discusses what happens when the legal system completely loses the plot.
First, the Fuckery Report heads to court with a prisoner who sued himself for five million dollars, Nebraska Senator Ernie Chambers suing God for floods, tornadoes, famine, and generally doing entirely too much, and medieval Europe putting animals on trial like pigs, rats, roosters, and weevils had access to legal counsel.
Then, for the Long Pour, we travel back to 897 AD for the Cadaver Synod, when the Catholic Church dug up Pope Formosus after he had been dead for nine months, dressed his decomposing body in full papal robes, propped him on a throne, assigned a terrified deacon to speak for him, and put the corpse on trial.
There are political grudges, papal murders, screaming at dead bodies, an earthquake that tried to object, severed blessing fingers, multiple exhumations, river disposal, alleged miracles, and several popes repeatedly changing their minds about whether one extremely dead man was guilty.
Grab a drink and prepare for corpse court, criminal livestock, divine lawsuits, medieval chaos, and enough terrible decisions to keep the Vatican’s imaginary HR department on permanent leave.
